Its Monday! What are you reading? From Picture Books to YA is a weekly feature hosted by Jen and Kellee of Teach Mentor Texts and inspired by Its Monday! What are you reading by Sheila at Book Journeys.
This past week...
I read, Insurgent by Veronica Roth, Amelia Bedelia Goes Camping by Peggy Parish and Bitterblue by Kristin Cashore.
I got a stack of books from the library for the Virginia Reader's Choice,
The Lemonade Crime, I survived the sinking of The Titanic, Where the Mountain Meets the Moon, Waiting for the Magic, Forgive Me I Meant to do it, The Junkyard Wonders, Magnus Maximus A Marvelous Measurer.
The 3rd Harry Potter audiobook became available again for checkout, so I picked that up at the library.
My copy of Born Wicked also came in the mail. I feel like something else did too, but I can't remember what...

Looking forward to your Bitterblue review.
ReplyDeleteAnd your picture book stack made me want to go get my own- I have been neglecting picture books.
Happy reading this week :)
Anxious to hear your thoughts on Bitterblue!
ReplyDeleteDon't you just *love* state testing?! We have our last day tomorrow...I can't wait to have it all behind me!
Wow, you read Insurgent and Bitterblue last week? THose are some seriously thick books! I just love Where the Mountain Meets the Moon and the Harry Potter audiobooks. I will be interested in hearing what you think of Born Wicked. I've been wanting to read that.
