With a little help from my friends: Favorite Halloween/Ghost/Spooky Books

Saturday (and again on Monday), I sent out a plea to my Facebook and Twitter friends asking for their favorite Halloween/Ghost/Spooky reads, from childrens books to adult.  There were several on the list that I haven't read yet (but look really good!), so I'm very happy to share these with you!
